  • After 22 years of service in the Army, he bid farewell to arms. Dr Abdul kalam who was the mentor of Col Manjeet in the top secret rocket missiles division of IGMDP, got him posted to Surat, where during the time of his service he founded the Lancers Army School with his wife Pammi Singh as Chairperson. This venture did exponentially well and grew to a group of schools.
  • The schools were well served by S. Malik Singh, who was brought to Surat and he gave honorary service as a trustee for 20 years.

  • Started at an early age as a co founder and converted a sick guest house into a sprawling Internationally known resort as on today. The journey was through acquisitions and constantly reinventing the product and positioning.
  • He is also the founder of Estrela Global Ventures, which invests in Ideas, Businesses & Opportunities that can transcend market trends and technologies that are game changers.
  • He is passionate about Entrepreneurship n has been involved in early stage and seed investing with the startup industry since 2013. He is also a member of Mumbai Angels.

  • She’s involved in the growing hospitality vertical and brings her leadership and warmth to the table.
  • She’s a peoples person and is the go to person for the team members.
  • She is passionate about supporting the underprivileged and is deeply involved in various philanthropic activities in different states of the country.
